The participatory art installation FREEDOM 2.0 was presented as a tri-national art exhibition Project realized in three countries and three cities.
21 stores were renamed in their respective design. More than 20 km of guidance system led through the city of Weil to the office of FREEDOM 2.0.
Over five weeks, the art installation was accompanied by speakers from the fields of media theory, computer science, data protection, business and philosophy.
The participatory art installation FREEDOM 2.0 encounters a process of self-reflection and self-efficacy in the debate about the value of privacy. It is dealing with the subject of BIG DATA. Br> FREEDOM 2.0 is concerned with the interactions between the digital and the analogous world. Br> The art project FREEEDOM 2.0 is an artistically initiated form of an open discourse platform that investigates development processes within society with regard to digitization. Br> Freedom 2.0 integrates the public space as a participatory element in the art installation. The intention of the installation freedom 2.0 is to create an awareness and a differentiated view of the challenge with the handling of BIG DATA and our digital parallel reality.
